We offer a comprehensive design or cut service for your project. This service is available to other framers and third party builders who are looking to advance their project into a streamlined and efficient process.
Design
Our in-house designer reviews plans with our experienced framers and the manufacturing engineer. This allows us to determine and pre-identify any foreseeable issues on the job site.
Drafting
Our designer/drafter uses a comprehensive drafting process to deliver accurate dimensions and measurements on each individualistic piece of lumber. Our designer uses a technologically advanced software to deliver exceptional work.
Review
Our company leaders, with15+ years experience, work alongside our designers to deliver a complete design plan review. We generate a 2D view of the wall and all components displaying size, lumber type and placement.
Cutting and Printing
Our automated saw and cutting process creates fast and more efficient building rates with less lumber waste. As the lumber goes through the cutting process it is printed with the wall information and component sizes to identify type of wood and placement.
Final Product
Our final products are clean and accurate. By using the CNC Chop Saw, our processes are quicker and more efficient.
